Measure a ring you own
Choose a ring that fits the finger you plan to wear it on. Measure straight across the inside opening, excluding the metal band. Match that measurement to the inside diameter above.
Measure your finger
Wrap a narrow strip of paper around your finger. Mark where the ends meet, then measure the length with a ruler. Match it to the circumference above. Make sure the paper loop can pass over your knuckle.
